 in charge of navigating the multiple industries that NavUp is involved in.

 

• VP of Marketing and HR Liason – Katie Baird

 in charge of maintaining brand identity through advertising, customer relations, and employee satisfaction.

 

• VP of Finance – Geoff Beck

 in charge of relationships with foreign companies and regulating the finances of NavUp.[KK3] 

 

• VP of Manufacturing – Craig Cwynar

 in charge of managing and regulating the manufacturing how about supply chain and logistics of NavUp.

 

 

 

 

NavUp is a Matrix Organization.  The CEO leads the company along with the help of four Vice Presidents, who are ranked directly below.  This structure will allow flexibility and ingenuity within the company by spreading power between five different officials, but by also naming one person the ultimate decision maker.
